Hi, I am Kimberly Schoen and owner of LDV for any newcomers. I have been a Senior Cosmetologist for over 37 years. I have furthered my education in being a Fine Hair Specialist, Hair Loss Specialist, Trichologist, Scalp Alchemist, Alternative Hair Specialist. I love what I do and helping others throughout their hair journey. LDV is a full service salon.
For those of you who see me for hair appointments I do want to let you know that while I absolutely love doing hair and always will as I branch out into my Scalp Wellness business I will be splitting up some of my days doing both services.
I am unable to take new hair color or cut appointments at this time. I am currently only taking on new scalp wellness, hair loss, alternative hair clients and I am booked out in advance right now so please plan ahead if your schedule allows or text me. I will get new scalp wellness clients in to see me soon as possible. Ask to be added to my waitlist.

If you’re someone who needs answers to help with hair loss or scalp challenges and you just can not seem to make any progress with what you’ve been doing or need guidance for what is right for you then I'd love to meet with you! I can also guide you as to what scalp treatments you may need. And also what steps to work on hair growth!
My passion is to guide people towards healthier hair & happy scalps. Your scalp is a garden, your hair is the flower. Your journey is unique and different from any others. I take a holistic, clinical and backed by science approach which ever is needed for you to treat hair loss based on evidence and research. A holistic approach means I look at the entire body as a whole and not just the hair on its own. I am happy to give my expertise on the latest methods for hair loss (like products, supplements, medications, red light/ laser therapy, etc) as best as I can. And use specific products to address your scalp conditions. I use a advanced dermascope to see what is going on with your scalp and hair loss. I take a Microscopic look at your hair and scalp. If you have a medical reason (chemotherapy, certain types of alopecia, scarring) for your hair loss or you choose to wear alternative hair then I am here to help with all those needs as well. I have a team of referrals when more support is needed for a dermatologist, nutritionist, diet/lifestyle challenges as well.
I offer a follicle Hair Analysis test from the last 90 days of what is going on within your own body. I offer several of clean and organic haircare products. A clean line of whole food supplements. And more to be shared at your appt. with me.
My goal is to work together with you to have the best scalp wellness and hair you can have! This does take time and patience to see what is working for your needs.
