Hi, I am Kimberly Schoen and owner of LDV and Scalp Wellness by Kimberly. I have been a Senior Cosmetologist for over 39 years. I have furthered my education, becoming a Certified Trichologist, Fine Hair Specialist, Scalp Therapist, Holistic Nutritionist Coach, Alternative Hair Specialist (wigs & toppers), and Cranial Prosthetic Specialist. Board Certified Hair Loss Specialist through Naturopathic Medical Certification Board.
My passion is to guide you towards a healthier scalp and through your hair loss (growth) journey. Your journey is unique and different from any others. I take a holistic, clinical and backed by science approach which ever is needed for you to treat hair loss based on evidence and research. A holistic approach means I look at the entire body as a whole and not just the hair on its own. It is an inside out approach that must be taken for optimal success. I use a advanced dermascope to see what is going on with your scalp and hair loss. I take a microscopic look at your hair and scalp. I offer advanced therapies to stimulate dormant hair follicles.
If you have a medical reason (chemotherapy, certain types of alopecia, scarring) for your hair loss or you choose to wear alternative hair then I am here to help with all those needs as well.
As a Trichologist, I offer Epigenetic Hair Analysis test. Epigenetic analysis to assess hair health markers at a cellular level and guide treatment planning. Results reveal nutritional, hormonal, and environmental stressors influencing your hair health showing you what you are deficient from the last 90 days. Second test is the Alo Test it is a DNA Genetic test (swab inside mouth) for 3 different types of hair loss.
I offer several clean and organic haircare products from Italy. Hand made batches of scalp specific oils for scalp and hair. Hair loss products, Growth Factors and Exosomes. Including internal products to support what nutrients you may need.
